To make paying for your order as easy and flexible as possible, we support several different payment methods. You can make your choice at the end of the ordering process.

About shipping

 

Where can we ship the e-bike?

In Europe, we deliver within the European Union (excluding Malta, Cyprus and the EU's outermost regions), Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain remote/isolated areas in these regions. Should this be the case, we will contact you to find alternative solutions. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

How long does it take to receive the parcel and how can I track it?

We make every effort to deliver the goods on a date agreed by us or, if no date has been agreed, within 30 days of the date we accepted your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

What if you receive the wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or find any discrepancies in quantity or quality between the product delivered and the details on the order confirmation or invoice, please take clear photographs of the situation and contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will conduct an investigation and do everything we can to help you resolve the problem.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, unforeseen delays due to traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays by third party suppliers, in each case to the extent beyond our control), we may not be able to deliver the Goods within such timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly due to such circumstances. If timely delivery is not possible, an alternative delivery date will be provided. Special circumstances, such as a high volume of orders, new product releases or restocking, may also result in longer delivery times. Should this be the case, we will note this on the product page and send a reminder by email.

What if the products get lost during shipping?

In the event that the product(s) ordered do not reach the address provided (if correctly stated) or are lost during shipping, we reserve the right to conduct a full investigation and search, which may take up to 30 days. Within this period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or to reship the same product(s). We will always keep you informed of the progress and results of the investigation so that appropriate and reasonable action can be taken.
